Regular mindfulness sessions are integrated into the day-to-day routines of the nursery class as a way of supporting not only the children, but parents too.

These sessions help us to overcome anxiety, develop empathy, understanding, kindness and care for others and the world at large. The focus of this particular session was to be mindful of the people around us who play a significant role in our lives. It was amazing to notice how children connected to the thought and shared their reflections.
