She also completed her Diploma in Early Childhood Care and Education from the Julia Gabriel Institute, Delhi. She has seven years of enriching experience at Step by Step School, Noida.

Currently, she serves as the Program Head for the Pathways Teacher Training Program, leading professional development initiatives with a focus on innovation and excellence in education.

Ms. Gunjan is a dedicated and accomplished School Coordinator who leads with clarity, empathy, and a strong commitment to educational excellence. A passionate practitioner, she brings a thoughtful and strategic approach to her work, balancing day-to-day operations with a deep understanding of early years pedagogy. Known for her calm leadership style, she communicates with purpose, mentors her team effectively, and builds strong, trusting relationships across the school community.

With a keen insight into the evolving needs of learners, teachers, and parents, she navigates the early childhood space with confidence. In addition to her coordinator responsibilities, she plays an integral role in guiding the kindergarten section supporting teachers with curriculum planning, ensuring classrooms remain child-centred, and fostering joyful, engaging, and developmentally rich learning experiences.
